Maybe it's not doing what green wants doing? for GB sure, I see it (Reanimator etc), but in most other green combinations or mono green you'd usually want a bigger more tapout draw spell like Harmonize or Braingyser or something

I thought it was ETB, and for 5 mana that would be pretty insane :P If it does ETB, the overwhelm cost probably still needs to be pretty high. Having more dudes than your opponent isn't so hard that it should cause huge blowouts like that I think

I don't know about triggers that strong on something like being delt damage. How much of a wall is the 2/3 that makes them sac a creature? Let alone any ping synergies

I never liked it since the cycling cost is real steep and there are times when you can't cast it but don't want to cycle it. then again I never liked explore either for being too inconsistent at actually exploring. I'm being boring and jamming 4x farseek.

Huh. I can't say I ever thought of doing that. I'm kinda off important cards like 1 drops or removal spells being hybrid. They're more flexible, but I always find they get sniped by whichever drafter I don't want taking said cards. (Cackler being taken by the black decks, this by red etc)

The thing is it's still a control card that requires you to untap with it to be good. Being a huge tempo blowout when they have a kill/bounce spell in response to activating monsterous (Basically the one activated ability that can be countered by killing its source in response) also isn't doing...
