I love Jori En, and she's been great at generating value in my cube. I disagree that she only goes into one deck, as there are multiple base {u/r} decks that have a low enough mana curve to cast two spells a turn. I'ld say she's best in either an aggressive deck, making sure you keep drawing...

Seriously though, if you're going lower power, Temur is filled with interesting energy cards. My cube is full of them and I love it!

Card draw is really powerful though, I think that's a bit too much of a bonus. Elvish Visionary doesn't do anything else but draw a card, whereas the morph is actually going to a threat on later turns. The fact that Elvish Visionary is a perfectly playable card when all it does is cycle says...

What if every morph was still a 2/2 for {3}, but in addition let you scry 2 when it enters the battlefield?

This sounds like a terrible idea to me. First, there is a very good reason why there's a uniform definition of what a face-down creature is. Having to remember / indicate which of the two modes you chose on each and every morph will get annoying fast. Second, the 1/3 option kills aggro. I mean...

Meren has been so over the top in my cube that I had to cut her. Really fun to play with, but when you play against her you really get that sinking feeling in your stomach that things are slowly (or quickly) spiraling out of your control. The worst thing is that she basically has the flagbearer...

Oh yeah, that happened sometimes in combat, but when your opponent has a removal spell in response it doesn't work, and the average case is still a 1 for 1 trade (Heroic Intervention for a creature), in which case I'ld much rather have something proactive like Clear Shot, that lets me attack...

I had an incredibly fun Peasant deck once with Homicidal Seclusion. It involved Crypt Rats :) I don't think these cards are worth it in draft though. You're much too likely to be overrun by multiple creatures or blown out by a single removal spell. I believe Mark Rosewater has gone on record...
