I actually think cruise will be fine. I think the problem (if there is one) is that too many creatures have prowess, so the other decks might suffer.

Found it! Those living weapons are thanks to Mismir! Also the 3/1 flying has equip 6. The logic hasn't changed, but the exact number has. I guess you really need to ensure they can't play something and equip in the same turn. An aggro deck might hit six, but they're not hitting 7

It looks like a fine maindeck card to me. You might board it out from time to time, but it's unlikely a deck has no targets for it.
