What's the oldest campaign atm? Keep in mind that they cycle through those. I think League of Adventurers (or whatever it's called) is one of the older ones, so Reno might be leaving standard soon? Well, discarding lands does increase the number of targets, but you do need a nonland card to deal damage unfortunately.

RE: Conflagrate nahiri's wrath This is the straightforward option. Don't know how powerful it is, but looks like it basically does the flashback half without the horrible front side and at an easier mana cost.

You need a big stapler to staple together 15 cards :D
