That seems pretty strong, but maybe it would fit. It certainly makes Worn Powerstone look terrible, and that card's not half bad. Edit: I guess when you compare that to Coalition Relic it seems reasonable.

With Welder you could discard stuffy doll to something and weld it in as a flash blocker. Just thought I'd mention since you were looking for Welder ideas.
