I think this is somewhat true (hence why I said it). I do think Lukka's ultimate and his ability to immediately -4 if "kicked" is more interesting than Garruk, but as a whole he is less powerful if a little bit compelling.

I'm not 100% sure how to evaluate this card, but I think it's both a cool engine and win condition for reactive decks. Maybe she'll help people get over their Heliophobia?

Fantastic Ux Spells card! It's nice to see blue getting more cards that contribute to the aggressive portion of the Spells decks and not simply being a source of triggers. Will definitely be including this one.
