Try Vess. 5(/6) is a nice amount of starting loyalty and if you untap with it they have to throw a ton of time/resources into taking her down. Alternatively you can just Vamp + Fog, or Vamp + untap which ends the game on the spot (also -2 for Bonfire/Entreat/Terminus, huehuehue)

If Jace, Memory Adept is the older brother, sure. Otherwise, every U planeswalker has more play to it than Jace B, but it's still a great Cube card. I like Tamiyo a fair bit, but if you're going with 1 in each colour you can't go wrong with the original Lorwyn 'walkers IMO.

What Jason said. I think there's (mostly unexplored) room for a recursive creatures + Wraths strategy in Cube (Gravecrawler/Bloodghast with Toxic Deluge, Doomed Traveler/Voice of Resurgence with Wrath, etc.) and Act slots very nicely into that.

This seems hilarious with Zombies and with Pods: Putrid Raptor

Anchor cards are fun but they - and fringe strategies in general - can only exist comfortably in an environment in which your bread-and-butter aggro/control cards feature heavily. If you try to bend it too far the whole thing snaps.
