i feel like your cube’s power level can probably handle it, even though it’ll be in the top section of your band for black. it can be used as Forcefield to drag games out in UB control… or as Sulfuric Vortex to close games out with Bonesplitter or a Sword in WB… also great with Korvold, Mayhem...

i would love for sagas and historic to be in new kamigawa! Reki and Time of Need are two of my favorite cards from the old block and could absolutely be reprinted or referenced in Future Kamigawa. plus sagas are just a super good card type

i think the card is really bad. if you want artifact and counter stuff in white, maybe Knighted Myr? if you just want a really good artifacty one drop, gotta be Esper Sentinel
