Tangle wire depends on what you have on hand/in play, whilst skullclamp depends more on what you have in your deck. A t3 Tangle Wire against a deck that hasn't played anything can be very good, sure, but weren't you going to win that game anyway, unless they were just waiting for their wrath? I...

What makes me a bit sad about mana burn getting taken out is that all of the cards in prophecy doesn't do shit now ;)

I play my Mirage and Rath cube with mana burn and damage on the stack just because.

It usually gets drafted and ends up in the final 40 here, and hits maybe every other game it's in. Sure, there are better cards, but I mostly cube out of nostalgia. That's a why I'm so grognard-y about new cards.

Icy and gix can keep you alive a lot longer then tumble magnet, but people have been heaping a lot of love over it, so I don't know.
