As much as I want to say that living death is only kinda a sweeper, you're probably right. Maybe this is a prime example of enhanced density coming from tutor effects etc Man I used to run demonic tuutor++ and it would be SWEET for these purposes:

I think a big part of living death is clearing the board. Also: I do NOT want to play that mirror match, so if you include a few living deaths in your cube, squadron them

They're honestly quite solid. Weirdly enough the white one is the least appealing to hardcast IMO, so those 4 and tithe seems like a sweet roundout, since getting 2 lands with tithe isn't that hard with fetchlands in the mix

I think that gameday frame is a relic of when we didn't have good frames to use. I also don't love that art, so easy original for me

Harold is really sweet, can confirm! I'm not sure how reliant on synergy you want this slot to be, but I've found him to be excellent gameplay

You know this art fight is lopsided when I'M voting for an old border card.

Here's something relatable from proto youtube, weather this helps or provides a clink of glasses and a "Big mood"

I feel like hornet queen is the opposite of iconic TBH It's practically the only green card like itself

Yeah even if pack rat is --on balance-- a fair magic card, the play patterns are just so anti magic. I am here to play a game after all, not replace myself with a 5 line python program

Cube is what fills my mind when it's empty :P My cube's update schedule is based on how much free time I've got

Yeah if you're activating tough cookie every turn, you've got a 4/4 and a 2/2 for :1::g: + champion 3 lands. You're assuming you don't need to cast spells other than tough cookie this game. I like this, card's good and all, but pack rat it is not :P

You gotta wonder what we got robbed of by companions being such a warping cycle

I mean hey we have the technology, they can be rebuilt (universes within) Vertical art is kinda hard to find tho. (I stopped watching Dr Who halfway through Matt Smith's tenure, and never saw the old doctor stuff from the 60s, so a LOT of this is lost or forgotten on me.)

You know, I think I got too hung up on this being an artifact in the "wrong" colors, ima try it.

I love the goose hydra so much :D Also these look excellent: (I know the island got posted but I love the whole set) So I've been on the lookout for a black planeswalker. I'm reasonably happy with the 3 mana liliana twins, but I don't love them (Last hope is kinda frustrating to play against...

This seems genuinely good Edit: come to think of it, it is pretty good! It's chandra, torch of defiance! There's some slight differences: -Less flexible -No life total pressure -No ult (Different ult?) -Can't be attacked And on the whole I think it's worse, but toned down Chandra Four is...

It is a shame the Unfinity one is so off theme for temple garden, I love the borderless frame/small text box to bits asthetically. I think my favorite art is the Titus Luntner, the Rob Alexander one always felt too washed out and textbooky, for lack of a better word.
