I think Mystical Tutor is completely fair, and I wouldn't personally care for a lower powered version. You also play Torrential Gearhulk, so Personal Tutor strikes me a unnecessarily unsynergystic.

Haven't tested Timetwister, but I'm not beyond it. I'm currently running Windfall and Wheel of Fortune. Time Spiral is always on my shortlist of cards to potentially bring back. I love that card.
