This was my notion as well! A sphere is a set of points, which doesn't really suggest something "singular". A sphere archetype sounds like something that covers all 5 colors.

Good write-up. I found a lot of these cards to be evaluated differently in my own environment, so as with all these discussions it's crucial to state the reference power level for the discussion, otherwise it's just baseless opinions. Are we talking a wadell-ian higher power cube here?

As goofy as it is, getting to 25 life doesn't seem completely undoable.

I think it would be less of a durdle engine if blue green in the cube you'd run it in has both top of the library manipulation (like brainstorm and lots of scrying) together with some kind of self milling, so that you get more value out of both of Tamiyo's abilities

Is the static ability overbearing in a medium power cube do you think? That's potentially 12 mana turn 6 in a mono green deck.

It's strong but it acts kind of like a sorcery in that situation. I don't mind things being powerful as long as they don't run away with incremental gains, which I think Nissan, Worldwaker definitely does.
