Sets [KTK] Khans of Tarkir Spoilers

Yeah, the vibe I get from watching the PT coverage is that most delve cards are played simply as a way to get additional value from just playing good spells that interact. Cut, Dig and Cruise all fit into those kind of plans. Tombstalker and Hooting Mandrills seem like the creatures that give...

Had a chance to draft the cube yet Jonas?

General Print this Wizards! (So I can put it in my cube)

I like the flexibility, what is the EV though? It doesn't feel like it can really wiff. Also shouldn't it be "Then chose one"? Edit: Didn't realise you targeted before revealing! Less guaranteed value.

That seems like a clear way of viewing it. You can maybe get away with running more enablers because they will be sought after by people running build arounds. Delve seems less all in, promoting people to be interested in quality spells too?

How does pushing a delve theme influence an already existing graveyard theme?

So what is the argument behind volcanic hammer? Breeding an environment for doing things that usually gets you blown out?

    Innistrad Themed Cube: 360 Unpowered

Honestly, if you can sneak in a loyal cathar, with bloodsoaked champion and xathrid necromancer, is a zombie/human sacrifice deck too far fetched? You might have to force things a little bit and it might not end up good, but if you in worst case double up on ie bloodsoaked you could probably...

Maybe that one is already in the utility land draft?

And even then only two of those even get hit by it, mauler being hexproof.

That being said swiftspear plays nicely with cards like hordeling outburst, for the swarm deck.

    180 cards, 3 colour cube.

Wanna elaborate on that anotak? My only experience is that people dont seem to like neither wight or admirers in regular cubes, but this isnt a regular cube.

    General Fight Club

Swiftspear seems to dictate quite a lot more the kind of deck you'd want to draft. Guide is mostly red idiots.

    General Fight Club

I guess it depends how they are supported, if there is any way to get things in the graveyard or if its just value after playing a bunch of spells, but if you can try both? Else I think Dig is probably the stronger card (although treasure cruise is just supersweet)

    180 cards, 3 colour cube.

Looters are shaping up to be a pretty high pick in such a format, pretty cool.

    180 cards, 3 colour cube.

Btw, you didnt mention this, is this meant for a sleeve of different formats or just 4-player grid drafting or, what is the idea? (Loving the BUG-talk)
  20. Rasmus Källqvist

    180 cards, 3 colour cube.

I'm curious, as BUG usually becomes the self-mill color combination, where does blue fit into that? Obviously the milling part is the most blue, or rather it is very blue to do milling, but how do you tie that into actual gameplay and the draft? Do you make it so that traditionally bad blue mill...
