A 3/2 trample is just a pretty bad card on it's own (also how makes this body sense for a house cat?). Unless the +1/+1 counter deck is straight up aggro, I'd prefer a 2/3 that can grow at eot.

This card is total beating in m21 limited if you can curve it into a 1-drop. Even when not it is always solid, but in cube with a high density of 1-drops, I have a hard time imagening a meta where this wouldn't be super playable.

How does this help dredge?

I think I like the Connoiseur - despite being slightly weaker - a little more, as it has more synergy potential. It can tutor for two cards and work from the graveyard itself.
