Reveillark is one of those cards people building powered cubes who don't understand format balance play. It doesn't really belong in high powered environments. It's neat in a lot of riptide cubes, though!

Not a 3/3 for 3 that gains life ;) I mean, it's the objectively superior card. But if you want the life, it's only a 2/1.

I think it would be interesting to hear how Dom's career as a competitive player influences his design decisions in his cube. Are there types of decks or play patterns that he tries to include or avoid because they were fun or not fun in constructed?

Much of the artifact section was a miss (no Aether Vial? Seriously!?), but this card is great for both cube and constructed alike. I may have to pick up this version, it looks really good in the old border!

Adding external image files to articles is a huge upside in my opinion, it allows for more fancy graphics work!

Like Sigh said, this card is not really comparable to a Reanimate effect. I view it more as a graveyard Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker.

3. Heartless Act. It's basically a Murderblade except for when it isn't. That wouldn't be a problem in of itself, but the issue lies in what condition makes it not a hard kill effect. Counters on creatures is a very random stipulation. You might need to outright kill a creature with a counters...
