Very little. More of the lands are playable to more of the players, if that's what you mean (Flooded strand is still playable in RW, but tundra is not). I'd say everyones mana get a little better, but only in that you ACTUALLY have people playing their nonbasics, not just people disappointed...

Yeah, it's not so hot. A lot of things need to go right for that to draw you any ammount of cards, and if they do you're winning pretty well anyways. I actually like the 5 mana one from BNG better I think, since at least you can sneak a tidings out of a mana dork with that one

Haste is kinda key on pingers I think. I really wish gelectrode was hybrid. and had haste
