You could go one step further (actually all the way further) If you can cast the card then you can use the card. Just like any other format. Want to include your white card in your mono black deck even though you have no mana to be able to cast it? Sure, go for it. Just like you can do in Standard.

They were lands with scriptures. They made sense in their own Phyrexian alien kind of way. Like a secret entrance at an underground cave where the password is written in a language long forgotten.

Those Basic lands are abominations! They don’t even a little bit resemble lands, let alone Island or Mountains.

It’s the Turtles Forever. You know it looks into the sideboard for cards like the wish cards (eg Cunning Wish) and it has the 4 -> split like Gifts Ungiven.
