I classify cards by their official classification and not their playability. I know this is a bit controversial but it makes these questions very easy every time a new card comes up.

Could easily have been solved but I guess they didn’t want it to be too restricted. They could have given it something like ‘and you have to have at least one in your starting deck’.

But they’re nothing alike? The ONE frame is see-through and colorless with art that almost isn’t there. If those are the same frame treatments then they can reuse many of them if you ask me. Good job Wizards.

It’s such a weird thing to think about but: War of the Spark was before all the altered card frame and art versions that all sets have now. They began with Throne of Eldraine one set later.
