There are lots of them, but you might find my examples unsatisfying. Reanimate spells encourage an unorthodox play pattern, but it's prevalent enough that it doesn't really stick out. Living Death and Replenish are some more extreme variations of it. Storms decks have a very incoherent gameplan...

Even with an incredible AI I'd be surprised unless it can somehow intuit game mechanics just from drawing correlations through a massive dataset. Anyway, unless mtgtop8 has an api your best bet is probably making a scraper for it, but you run into the issue that playability is relative to...

    Sets (PIP) Fallout Commander Previews

Comparing it to phyrexian arena pretty effectively explains why you'd feel bad about whiffing. You invested resources into getting the junk, and the delta between drawing an extra card and not doing so, or having to use a spell sub-optimally to get that benefit, is pretty significant. It very...

Setting aside that I don't think any totem armor card obviously or even subtly associates the presence of the animal spirit with any physical object outside of Estrid, the Masked, even assuming that it did, I don't understand how you differentiate from mistreatment and proper treatment in this...

1/1 for 1 makes morphing it very low-commitment, the decision of whether or not to play it face down becomes a lot less interesting. For most cubes I think a bear is fine, if you have something that looks more like retail limited you could experiment with 2/1 for 2, or 3/2 for 3, riptide lab's...

Helping Hand Confounding Riddle Bitter Triumph Broadside Bombardiers I'm hoping for a powercreeped Helping Hand, but for now it's more appealing than Recomission which doesn't have a lot of artifacts to return. Confounding Riddle powercreeps Supreme Will and gives it some graveyard synergy...

Going to base this just off gameplay mechanics, not power level or aesthetic elements like art and lore. Briarhorn It's kind of ironic to start with Briarhorn since it's not in my cube because of power-level concerns of it being too weak, but mechanically I think it's a really cool card. It...

Singer of Swift Rivers I'm not really interested in this card, I just want to say that I find shield counters kind of interesting and I wish they put it on cards that I'd like to add to my cube.

It's deciduous, so you might not get a lot more flashback cards in this set, but you'll get the chance for them to appear in any given set.

I don't understand how something labeled "hulk" can have the gnome creature type.

Ranger is more valuable as a durdly blink/unearth target which I feel like would be one of the reasons to play it in the first place.

Feels kind of unintuitive that you get both benefits if you exile one of each, but not double of one if you don't. Not that I'll be playing with the card either way.

LotR is probably the set with the highest density of playables for eternal formats since MH2, and 40k and D&D commander both have cards that see play in Legacy.

I would assume a deciduous counter would imply the counter has an actual mechanical property, like keyword, poison, shield, stun and rad counters, and not that it's part of a deciduous mechanic. Not sure what any of these would be though. Dread could be "can't attack or block unless you pay 1"...
