    Eric Chan's Modern cube (405)

Oh it's likes recieved? Fuck that then. Cobra is probably second best ramp creature ever, and I'm only saying that because I'm not sure if he's better than rofellos. He'll be more consistent if you have all o da fetchlands, and the old ones are available as judgefoils, so you can cheat your...

    Eric Chan's Modern cube (405)

I dunno about a typical cube, I'm just using mine as a benchmark. We get the occasional ramp deck (One just 19'd me last draft: Maelstrom Wanderer --> Simic Sky Swallower and Crater Hellion) but it's nowhere near omnipreasent, and my cube group takes signet style things like they're candy (As...

    Eric Chan's Modern cube (405)

Yeah I think I found your problem: Way too many targets, not enough ways to get there. Dandy_Lions's draft of Modern Cube on 06/11/2013 from CubeTutor.com" url="www.cubetutor.com/cubedeck/44975"] Ones 1 Avacyn's Pilgrim 1 Joraga Treespeaker 1 Sensei's Divining Top Twos 1 Coldsteel Heart 1...

    Eric Chan's Modern cube (405)

Curse of Predation and Medium-Large size equipment are sweet things to do with piles of mana elves. Bonesplitter is fine sure, but something bigger like grafted wargear or a sword works better.

General Decks that have 3-0'd your cube

Also maybe it's just me but isn't fireblast mostly a 0 drop? I've literally never paid it's mana cost... I guess you could argue for 2 since it requires two lands, but you also aren't turn 2ing it either, unlike something like cloud of faeries Oh good god we need a list :D

General Decks that have 3-0'd your cube

I love the thing. It's enough dissimilar from armageddon that you can interact with it by playing more dudes, or just upkeeping instants, and it doesn't have the feelbad of constructed where at the end of one they'd play/weld in another, and you'd never come out from under it.

    General Mental Magic

yeah I've only ever played mental magic as a Type 4 esque format (infinite mana) with a hand size of 1 (and the same card can't be cast twice in the same game), so it was all about knowing obscure cantrips and buyback cards of ages past.

Card/Deck Mill in cube: yay or neigh?

I actually quite like havengul lich, I've only found one card which is better to play in birthing pod decks (and even that's arguable): Mikaeus the Unhallowed My issue with nemesis stems mostly from that fact that he DOESN't die to removal. He's a black (Doom Blade) flying (Earthquake) creature...

Nemesis has too much toughness to be interactive IMO :( He reminds me too much of memory adept

    Card/Deck Life from the Loam

The problem with land's Edge is it lets your opponent fling lands too, which while pushing through those last few points just blanks all your creatures

Can you target a card that doesn't have a color word/basic land type?

General Print this Wizards! (So I can put it in my cube)

Except if they block the token, they lose either the creature they blocked with (you don't sac) or they lose the important artifact (you do sac, token dies when you do) Shudder sounds better than geddon, but that aint sayin much
