General Supporting aggro without making it poisonous

Yeah i think a huge part ofcmaking aggro interesting is giving it synergistic identities. If all these decks do is being aggressive, I can understand why someone would call them boring. You don't want your midrange or control decks to be just goodstuff decks right? So why let aggro be the boring...

General Supporting aggro without making it poisonous

Well, I run both of these cards exactly and I think they're very interesting and much format enriching. They are not only part of different interesting aggressive strategies, but they also provide a constant thread and fear for the players, so they don't get too greedy with the durdling, which...

I do run firebolt as well, and it doesn't affect the play rate of our morphs all that much. I run 15 and they all just are great creatures with sometimes supporting one or more archetypes. It's not rare to see a deck running 2-4 even

    Sets [ELD] Throne of Eldraine

I wonder what part of this is what Maro tried to do for 10 years? Can't be the setting right? I mean it seems really cool, but I doubt it would've caused any troubles

It definitely never plays like echo It's an alternative cost that makes your card more flexible like a charme creature almost.

I could see green being in neither madness nor flashback. But I really really hope it is in one at least. Also new morphs are always welcome too.

General Build Arounds - new angles to your draft

I think the highest power version of Wildfire is this card in my experience, because it leaves absolutely no way back for you opponent(s). Devastation If you combine it with some kind of finisher that doesn't die to it (Tuktuk the Explorer, Chimeric Mass) it works out like a 2-card win combo...

General Build Arounds - new angles to your draft

This one is really interesting. I don't want to include a 5-color domain archetype, but having a single build around seems like it could bring more variance into drafts with ease. I once had this guy in my cube: Etched Monstrosity He didn't got drafted a lot, but I could see bringing him...

    Sets [M20] Core Set 2020

That artwork is so ... prehistoric. Could be from an old "dino-book" I've had as a kid. Damn I love old mtg art.

    General "Looking for a card"-Thread

Reclamation has been really strong for us, even before the life gain theme went in. It works great with both, dredge and sacrifice strategies, which are common for black in my meta. In the right deck, it is like a reuseable Eladamri's Call. In black. That gets the same creature again after it...

General Build Arounds - new angles to your draft

People define build-arounds very differently. For some, they are just cards, that can work as signposts or payoffs for an archetype. I for one prefer a little more strict definition. For the sake of this thread, lets agree on some characteristics: - It completely shapes the way you draft...

Phyrexian Reclamation Slaughter Two of my favorites, because they are so easily scaleable. That makes it so, that they are useful without but become better with more life gain.
