The problem is that Scryfall doesn't have all tokens. E.g. Commander 2015 had dfc tokens, but if you search for "s:c15 t:token", nothing comes up because those tokens are apparently missing In Scryfall's database.

There's plenty of ways to turn artifacts into creatures in blue, and you also have stuff like Liquimetal Torque to turn anything into an artifact.

Oh yeah, it definitely needs tweaking somewhere, as the effect breaks the color pie without some form of fix, but like I said, numbers and mana costs can be adjusted :) I'ld probably change the creature ability to "{b}, Sacrifice X tokens: Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn." Yesss...
