I noticed they made the Phyrexian mana symbol the same size as normal mana symbols in the casting cost of Dismember (but not in the reminder text!), whereas they are noticeably larger on the modern frames. That weirded me out a bit.

I think I still like the M15 frame best of those four. Your frame wouldn't fit artist credits for Zoltan Boros & Gabor Szikszai either, there's just not enough room if you try to cramp everything into one single line. I prefer the larger black bar at the bottom.
