They have rather few restrictions, but it's stuff like "Use this sticker only on an instant or sorcery card" for the "Rebound" sticker, and "Use this sticker only on a creature card" for the "Evoke" sticker. I'ld be quite a bit more strict to avoid stuff like a mono blue card with lifelink...

A minor nitpick is that the em-dash after the Flashback keyword is only used when non-mana flashback costs are involved. If the flashback is purely a mana cost, it should be just a space. Since it's a snowball, it would be cool if it was actually a "snowballing" effect. Something like... *...
