Comparing Garruk's untap ability to Treachery doesn't feel right to me, in the same way that comparing Pore Over the Pages to Frantic Search because they both untap lands is silly. A two mana rebate is not nearly as powerful as a full refund of mana invested. I've seen Garruk's untap ability...
