Also... Uncommon! :cry: This set is full with wonderful reprints and unexpected rarities! Even ignoring the multicolor section and reprints at lower rarities (hello Thorn Elemental at uncommon!), I think all of the cards below could have easily seen print at a higher rarity...

Huh. I just assumed all saga's were known from the FAQ, so I didn't expect this one. It's super neat! It's also in a color that naturally supports delirium. Saga's in general work well together with delirium, because they bin themselves and get a relatively rare card type into the graveyard, but...

Ha! I completely glossed over the fact that you already had it say non-Spirit! Ok, in that case I have to reverse the comment: for flavor reasons I love that possession says "non-Spirit", but it's probably good to test if the mechanic doesn't play better if you remove the non-Spirit clause...

Actually, I prefer Nekrataal, precisely because it isn't such a bland, catch-all answer. I really dislike Chupacabra for its generic-ness.

Ok, I see what you're aiming for. It looks interesting to me, but be aware that this is a downside mechanic and WoTC themselves have admitted that those kinds of mechanic aren't well liked. Examples of the past include cumulative upkeep and echo, and those tend to score better with tournament...

I run it, and like Rise from the Tides, it's a great incentive to go Ux spells. It also has nice crossover with the artifact theme in my cube, though you still have to be base spells to make it work, so it's more of an incentive to also play some artifact matters cards in your Ux spells deck...

My favorite deck's Reno Warlock, though I'm not much of a wild player.

Tinker into Battlesphere is backbreaking on turn 3. It made me cut Battlesphere from my cube, when really Tinker was the problem. I've since realized the myr ball is actually a fun card to play with, and a fair card to play against, if it isn't cheated out on turn 3. At least that is my...
