I've settled on Drake Haven, Faith of the Devoted, and Lazotep Chancellor. I think Faith is more interesting than Dreadful Service because it attacks on another angle and helps keep you alive at the same time.

I don't think they were talking about cleave in particular, just that kicker in general isn't used enough, and that the resulting number of different keywords is wrecking the game. This isn't an opinion I share, by the way.
