Is there a better way to word this? Anything shorter? It's the combination of all the Specialize abilities enabled by my self-made keyword, Prismatic. It's somewhat easy to understand and you can skip half the text once you've locked in a color, but it's a novel on the first read.

Oh, cool. Commander for Planeswalkers. That makes sense. OH NO. Having access to two cards is one too many. Automatic combos in the command zone. Yikes. That said, this could be a cool draft format where the command zone cards are limited in such a way to not immediately end games.

While I agree that Niv looks worse than Kess, Niv is more of a storm commander, so they're serving a different purpose. I want to be sure that there's a variety of options. I'm also not sure that gaining access to a color is that good in a format where you're given a card pool to suit your colors.

Because this will only be played in some sort of draft or modified sealed environment, I'm not gonna worry about our colorless commanders out there. Went with Onder's wording and didn't add colorS because it felt clunky to me.

I've been playing Commander lately and really enjoying it. Is this card worded correctly? I'd like to avoid the possibility of having a commander plus a background/partner plus an enhancement.

I did a quick peek. I considered there to be 59 playable poison cards and 36 proliferate cards. ONE had ~20% poison and ~12% proliferate. Could hit those ratios at 360. Maybe the upcoming sets add a bit more, but probably won't hit a 450+ density. Could be worth considering, especially if you...

The utilization of proliferate made Toxic and poison counters a solid strategy in ONE draft that played differently across the colors. Simply having a handful of poison counters in ONE added a lot of tension with all of the proliferate floating around. Infect is still a kind of sad mechanic, as...
