it doesn't have the old phantom prevention clause, so if it's got 0 counters an a moldervine cloak on it, it's just a regular old 3/3 that can fight. It'll die if it fights another 3/3 I think if you've got enough stats on equipment/auras on this thing to keep gunning down your opponents...

Twinblade Assassins is kind of the most narrow possible: Your turn, your creatures. In terms of a BG value card, given the payoff is the same (draw a card) I'd want to make it as broadly applicable as possible, so I think deathreap gets the edge here for me.

This set has some real hits in it Here's my list: Love this card, I'd been lacking in white artifact "payoffs", and this does a brilliant job doing what seeker of the way does for control decks with a different enough trigger. Also there's an outside chance this is a decent aggro card...

Between this and Jump start it's been a sweet few weeks! I run a +1/+1 counters theme, and the token ability on this is interesting. Weird that the + defends it and the minus is the aggressive mode, so maaaayabe the actual play patterns with this don't feel good? I think it's worth a shot...

The issue I forsee is that IT has to attack, whereas what I liked about rabble Master and co is they gave you a body each turn with no fuss. This is better bodies, but your back a turn on them unless you've got a devil in play Similar to Hanweir Township I guess?
