General Print this Wizards! (So I can put it in my cube)

It's memory lapse (with kicker) for Permanents the shuffling is just tech. I like the card a bunch, more than I thought I would.

Gotta run both, Pierce is good everywhere against control, Snare is for your reactive decks.

Tarmogoyf (dryad is cool, kudzu isn't, but the main issue is these guys really suck to topdeck. Goyf fixes the problem elegantly with a power-defining ability, so I like it the best. I also have goyf proxies, so secondary market price isn't a factor)

General When Is Fixing Too Good?

Caleb has been trolling with his legacy articles for like a month, i think it's probably a good idea to see what active Legacy players think about his points before you just reproduce them! Like, it's fine that Legacy isn't "healthy", allegedly, as long as it's got a community and remains a...

Pizza is not the thing to eat, sushi and donair are. I rep my city, dog, idk about you. Cool things tend to happen on an invitational and ad hoc basis - while there's definitely public spaces you might prefer to be (in someone's) home instead, the straight clubs suck unless you're really into...

The only cool Modern Gifts deck is Eternal Gifts and I've played all of them for comparison (uw Tron is almost fun, for Tron). Don't go all in on Gifts/Rites, go heavy on recursion imo. This primer has more on 'fair Gifts'...

well buckle up and call me Ambrose Spell Pierce b/c aggro-control: An aggressive deck that seeks to establish an early board presence and 'ride it to victory'. Look to Delver or Heroic in Constructed for examples. fish decks: Aggressive decks with potent and specialized hate, typically also...

did you just basically say 'Dies to Purge'? Carver strikes me as having that Commander design thing where it's a little too pushed and a little too unambiguous, maybe I should put him back in though.

Spell velocity: a measure of how much a deck or format trends toward sequencing and playing more than one spell a turn. The 'opposite' is a strategy based on progressively curving out into the midgame or later. NWO: A Wizards design era of lower board complexity at common; a response to how...

The coolest thing about Breakthrough (and the reason I know it, didn't play in I/O sadly) is casting it for X=0 in Dredge (each draw can be replaced by another dredge trigger, then you One with Nothing). It's a really neat design.
