It does, and I love basically every other part of Rampager, but I've been tracking when that card gets bloodrushed, and it DOESNT take the person down to like 3-5 life about 1 in 30 times. This is why I didn't add stuff like Revenge of the Hunted or Increasing Savagry: No need to make this...
