I've never liked propaganda effects in cube. I've always found they are WAY too much tempo to be balanced.

Lifelink and Vigilence basically give up any hope of racing it though

I've got it at 2/450 and I've seen people hold back excess lands just in case (though they may have thought this was "bluffing")

I will say that on average: new magic players think punisher cards preform way better than they do, but remember that experienced magic players also think they preform way worse. I'm still not sold though :p I like the rest of the additions though. Satyr Wayfinder might be the start of that...

Not to mention those juicy base stats.

I think I'm cutting it for another of the many llanowar elves. Though if it's really an effect you're into, Fertile Ground is really not that bad at all. Like sprawl you're a little soft to LD, but it can just go on a basic and be mostly safe
