Ok What's With This Awesome Bug

You got me there, I don't remember that. Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Sphinx's Revelation is really good. It's definitely better in constructed, just because the second one is pretty much going to win you the game, and in cube you have to do a little work to cast a second one. Even so, excellent card.

Oh man it's gone :C Well that's ok, now we can differentiate between oldfags and newfags: people who remember the "x bug" and people who don't. And actually people who were on the original google group will be like "Ha, that doesn't even count. Who here still remembers the google group?"

General Decks that have 3-0'd your cube

He already looks at 3 cards? (also pedantic spelling nitpicking: Auger -> Augur, aweful -> awful)

You can pitch colorless lands like Mutavault to Mox Diamond to make any color mana.

I'm thinking about making a +1/+1 counter theme in my cube, and I just looked through every card in magic that mentions +1/+1 counters. Looks like some cool things could be going on! And before you say it, Jason, I have already taken a look at the Eldrazi Domain Cube.

Meh, this kind of thing is pretty arbitrary. Actually, I know I'm in the minority here, but I like lots of different looking cards together. I like to see cube packs brimming with different eras of cards. I keep all my cube lands unique as well. p.s. My stupid "Sun Tzu said..." joke above is...

    Konge's Cube

I have a strong hatred for this card and I will probably never get over it enough to add it to my cube. This is too synonymous with bad Scars of Mirrodin experiences for me.

Re: new cards. As Sun Tzu said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" Re: Riptidelab having more satyr satire: Good idea. Edit: re: Wow they're much bigger we'll have to buy new sleeves and binders >:C

I guess a company like Wizards that doesn't do much creative work gets bored now and then and gets itchy to change things.

You cut Snapcaster? I really like that card.

Card/Deck Tezzeret (either one) and making them work in cube

Perilous Myr has been amazing ever since I put it in. Do some people really not play this? Epochrasite is a popular one, and I would rate them similarly.

I've been really liking this mix: http://shop.svetlanaindustries.com/album/come-on-lets-go I first got it for the Teebs song, but I think the whole thing is great. You can name your price, too (: Here's some samples: https://soundcloud.com/zzuuu/filtercutter-feat-zzuuu-den...

    Card/Deck Counterspells

After this thread I'm considering swapping out Mana Leak for something else. The card is just so good! Maybe Evasive Action will be a lot more interesting. Maybe Arcane Denial? If some people here don't like Mana Leak, how do you guys feel about Counterspell? Not as annoying as Mana Leak? Maybe...

    Article Goat Tribal

Thanks for the critique, Jason, I had a good laugh. I was cackling while I wrote this, and I said to my mom "It's so easy, I was born to write complete bullshit!" To which she replied, "Write about things you know about."

I also don't remember reading any/many filler articles by him. You can always pick them out. It's the reason I wouldn't rate Conley Woods as a great magic writer, he just seems to write so many weird philosophical articles about magic in general. If he's writing about a brew it's great, cuz a...

Yeah pretty much me too. I find myself religiously watching LSV content, but then opening imgur and zoning out of the world. I guess I do the same with Caleb, but he plays a lot of neat decks.
