    Jason Waddell's Cube

Thinking of reintroducing this guy: Control could use a boost, and he's kind of sweet. What do you guys think about ol' Sorzhov?

    Eric Chan's Modern cube (405)

I don't think creatures/cards is a more useful statistic than creatures/spells. As for the creature density, mine is on the lower side with about 160/360, counting only things with card type "Creature". Well, I guess if you look at spells only I am at 160/313 = 51%.

    Sets [MCD] M14 previews

This guy lowers the evoke cost on Mulldrifter? Also, Restoration Angel for 2:u: would be quite impressive. :)

Well, there are actually a ton of 1/2/3 drop beaters in the list, they're just weaker than the ones in my primary cube.

    Eric Chan's Modern cube (405)

It's long been my theory that aggro decks cannot beat 22 Doom Blades + Sphinx of Jwar Isle. Granted, I came up with theory while thinking about something else, and never put more mental effort into it. But this thought happened a while ago, hence the "long been my theory".

    Eldrazi Domain Cube

Oops. Yeah, I don't really know my own list. I could probably tell you from memory what is in each section of my primary cube fairly accurately, but for this one I just jammed ideas in a list (a while ago) and let it stew until I had the resources to start tracking down the cards. Good call on...

The last time I followed friends in a Team GP they went 0 - 6 (hi Niki!).

If you have a flat power level there is much less incentive to be in extra colors. :P

I have considered them. That'll be in Wave 2 of testing. For now I mostly want cards that are good that happen to produce tokens. I do have Broodwarden in there though. There's certainly room to push the token theme harder. But, I think that cards like Mikaeus, the Lunarch are of much higher...

    Article ChannelFireball: Utility Land Draft

Man, what is with the Gemstone Mine hate I keep seeing? I don't think I've ever lost a game from running out of counters. In a fast cube, three turns worth of mana is usually plenty. The resource management is very fun too. 10/10. Awesome card.

You may be right about the discard. I do want to use all the Morbid cards that I can, as it's a pretty major part of the design. Also, not everyone is trying to land haymakers. ROE format had its fair share of "normal" decks. I really don't know about the dynamics. I need to make Eldrazi...

I think you underestimate how wide the power curves are even in a traditional cube. There's a pretty huge difference between 1st and 15th pick.

    Arjan Ang's (Modern-faced) Cube

Yeah, Sewer Nemesis mills slowly, but I never thought of that as the point. He gets huge pretty quickly, and has great synergy with the other milling cards. I don't even run a mill theme, and I would include Sewer Nemesis if I had 1 or 2 more black 4-drop slots. I also think Nemesis of Reason...

    Introducing CubeTutor.com

Good to hear! Yes, indeed, that looks like a deck from my new cube. Oh, I don't know if this is possible, but the ability to, with one click or something, classify all non-creature spells as "non-creature" or something like that could be very useful. I have a difficult time looking at the curve...

    Other Games

Man, the OCTGN Netrunner plug-in is well made, great looking and easy to use (after a couple practice games). I like using this thing a lot more than MTGO. Can't wait to get better so that I can dip my toe in the deckbuilding waters.

    Eldrazi Domain Cube

I uploaded the list to CubeTutor (http://cubetutor.com/viewcube/625). As expected it drafts pretty terribly and needs a ton of work. I probably have too many narrow cards, and simultaneously not enough structure to direct the picks. I think I just need to systematically go through these drafts...

    Introducing CubeTutor.com

Hey Lebenski, thanks so much for your work! The bulk uploader is working perfectly. Well, almost. :) It says it doesn't find the two split cards, but then when you go to the actual cube they are there. So it finds exactly 360 cards (yay!) and leaves the fuse cards behind in the "scrap" pile...
