It's weird in that the mechanics sounds a bit uninspired (Flashback but you discard! Scry but it goes to the graveyard! Convoke but it...it's convoke!) but those are all good mechanics anyway so it looks like they'll all play well.

I think Jump-Start is Retrace but with any card, and the card is exiled instead of discarded. Actually on second reading I don't know whether the card from your hand or the card you're jump-starting is exiled. So it's either Retrace or Flashback but you have to discard a card. Neither sounds...

I've played Chandra, Firebrand before but she eventually got cut for being a bit underpowered.

Perhaps "build-arounds" is a better term than "single card archetypes", but at that point it's just semantics really. I think we're all on the same page here.

I haven't run it yet but I think it'll be in for my next draft: Hardened Scales Although it kind of goes with Abzan Falconer and Reyhan, Last of the Abzan so maybe it's not strictly a single card archetype.

1W 2/2 Lifelink is alright in an aggressive deck and it has some pretty good upside in the late game. Think about using it to rebuy Lightning Bolt in RW aggro. It's also much better than usual in the aggro mirror.
