The rally decks I've seen seem to function like a combo variant of the other abzan midrange decks, so you have some early value guys and a couple of good blockers to get you up to 4 mana to land a midrange fatty (here, it's the standard behemoth Siege Rhino) to stabilize for the critical 6-7...

I mean, path to exile giving your opponent a land is a draw back sometimes but really it's still more or less uncondicial removal for one mana. Thoughtseize hurts but it still can win you the game turn one.

Karoos are format defining so you can't just jam them in any more than you can jam in morphs.

Quarantine Field I suppose works pretty well in a removal suite that is a little slower and has kicker modes akin to some other 4 cmc scaleable removal we've seen (mostly in black)?

The charm cube by Rob Dennis is where I saw it first. Since all the land cyclers are ally colored they map 1:1 to the wedge clans. ie pale recluse fetches two of Abzans colors. Whether you run landcyclers in tandem with fetch lands or not I think depends on what feel you want. Personally I'd...
