New Capenna and Thunder Junction? Also really cool to visit some new planes again after Ravnica, Ixalan, Eldraine and four (five) sets of Dominaria. The last new plane we had was actually New Capenna. Now we get Thunder Junction and Bloomburrow!

Strictly colorless (as opposed to generic mana) being directly related to Eldrazi is mega cool! It gives identity. Not all colorless cards should have {C} mana. It makes total sense it comes from the Eldrazi aliens super gods from the Blind Eternities.

Pretty bummer to win the Worlds and get rewarded with a “Whenever you commit a crime” card with your face on it :P

I actually don’t know. I mean they announce what formats the set will be legal in during the very first announcement of the set. But how they determine what set is for what format I have no idea.

If you think about it, it kind of makes sense that a capital punishment is not a crime since they are usually conducted by the same people/government who write the law which determines what is a crime and what isn’t. And a Secret Rendezvous could easily be a crime. Especially if you are hiding...

Which it doesn't have. Still and since 2016 (Oath of the Gatewatch) Would be cool if it had though. Too late now :(

Yeah and it’s kind of weird and cool at the same time that even after Outlaws of Thunder Junction is far in the rear mirror it is still committing crimes to play Magic. That term is now eternal.

Uuuuh I think I like this! Now there is both an upside and a downside to the Wastes. If you want snow ad infinite, they have to be colorless. Could be cool.

In theory a Boros aggro deck can also use a Verdant Catacomb if the Boros aggro deck includes a Badlands and Scrubland. Even better if the Boros aggro also includes a Taiga and a Savannah. This is just in theory but it’s actually true although will almost never be realistic in a draft.
