This might be an idea for a ‘Monthly Fun Q’ in a year or two when Wizards have had time to give us quite the selection to favor and hate.

A regular Basic land can upgrade a very bad dual land to a mediocre dual land.
A full art Basic land can double upgrade so you’ll get stuff like Shocks and Fetches.
A Guru/special Basic land gets you a triple upgrade regular ABUR duals.
When I was a kid I used to day dream about how much it would hurt if my opponents’ creature was ran into by this wall. Or flown into. It felt very powerful.

To me the difference is the feel. Urza and Mishra waged war on each other using mechs. It's a Magic story. If things from the story shows up on cards (which is how all cards used to get printed) I like it. When they invent robots because they want a 40K set for Commander players or a robot theme...

I think with Claire D’Loon, Joy Sculptor you can feel pretty safe as regards to the shenanigans. Because the gimic only does things when the legendary creature is on the board. After that there will be no way to cast the tokens again. They will just be there in the graveyard, hand or...
I think it will be a fun gimic for some time. It’s uncommon and should be very cheap.
I mostly hope that the players will never have seen the card before when they see it in the tournament for the first time :)
