It honestly sounds like they have a crappy product. In their own words. Will you please let me know if they upgrade to CubeTutor standards? And maybe even beyond but that sounds unlikely with their ‘let’s get money before we spend money’ attitude.

Please make it sound like it is more than just custom cards which appeal to 1 % of the customers. It is also foils and altered cards which appeal to 99 % of all their customers.
