Again, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Recycla-Bird was just a "preview" card for Ikoria, like Enchantmentize/One with the Stars.

I did too, but Cycling is extremely flexible and if Keyword Counters work the same way they do on Recycla-Bird they're pretty open-ended as well.
