Let's talk about this one. We're always asking for more life gain in black. It's not the most impressive sac-outlet, but when you consider it should also gain you more life, that's pretty sweet. Incentevized to hold removal until this is on board, that's pretty sweet.

I'd actually be happiest if there were more ways to go deep with relatively non-niche cards.

Ideally the thought was to give both players guns. Rebalancing would require a lot more than lowering the power level of the wrath effects. Maybe that's laziness or stubbornness on my part speaking, but I'll keep an eye on it. Surely anecdotes aren't great, but one of my most fun cube games...

Honest question, when has an aggro deck ever run Tec Edge?

My issue with Tec Edge is that it doesn't keep them off of their 4th mana for a wrath. Would gladly run the Tec Edge equivalent if it said three lands.

Yes, I know what you mean, but if we're going to give it a 1 in 7 shot, I'd be more inclined to open up a new slot with 7 manlands in it. I'm looking to clear out a couple slots anyways, just looking for the best way to reallocate them.

Exactly. Uh, yeah, if somebody wants to donate them, I will gladly run them. :p The functional difference between running 3 allied / 2 enemy cycles and ~2.5/~2.5 is so insignificant. Mostly I'm thinking manlands will make a greater impact at the moment. Been missing the occasional Raging...

That's an interesting idea, but... I'm kind of all in on fetches right now, not really in the market for removing fetchables at random.

I actually don't like my first draft. Cards are split up into too many chunks, and you can't easily tell which are the guaranteed cards and which are the poly slots. Here's a new attempt. This time, I first sort the mono-color sections into the guaranteed slots and the poly slots, then generate...

Which would you guys like more, a multicolor PW slot or a multicolor manland slot?

What is the philosophy of that cube? Some of those rares in the winning deck are very.... non-rejecty. :) Looks like a fun list though.
