Yep, that's exactly what I'm worried about with that mechanic. And I'm not so much worried on behalf of WotC, I'm more worried on behalf of the players. A one-use mechanic like Legacy isn't economically sustainable for the average player, at least not when it's printed on a good card like Gold Mine.

That mechanic can never make it to print, by the way, especially on rare cards. a) There will never be enough Gold Mines for tournament play, and b) it's just asking to be abused by cheaters.

Yeah, Bag is pretty bad for setting up your reanimation spells, which is often one of the main reasons to include discard outlets in your cube.
