A card is only considered to be suspended if it has at least one time counter on it, so time travel doesn't work.

Is this the storm support I have been looking for in white? I'm not sure if I can cram in the rules text for suspend here though, even if I adjust the wording on time travel. I do cube other suspend cards, but it's not like a big portion of my cube.

Not only are they thematically planeswalker-specific, they also draw a card. Calling it a scry token is a bit of a reach. And explore being set-specific is why I assume they wouldn't want to do it, since they have grown pretty fond of these trinkets and it would make it hard to reuse elsewhere...

I don't really get why Narset's triggered ability is a thing. Only if you already haven't already played a land on your turn.

There's no step to pay mana when playing lands. Also if you're fixing permanent mdfc lands then just use landcycling like this was originally a question about, slap on basic if you don't want it to be too much of an upgrade.

I agree, which is why I at no point argued in favor of those mechanics, and talked exclusively about venturing into the dungeon, the mechanic featured in Velrun's designs.
