Levitating Statue is such a sweet design. Like, they could've just made it so that the ability turned it into a 1/1 with flying, but just giving the artifact flying means it works well with other stuff and it makes it easier to parse what the card does.

Not seeing it. I'm not sure how to feel about this card.

Now that I think about it... it could be interesting to do a 12_456 cube, where there's a conspicuous gap at 3 mana and there's a heavier focus on the bolded MVs. If you did it right, you'd get a pretty natural split between aggressive, low-to-the-ground decks and decks that focus on ramping up...

It's also the card that's probably going to see some play with Awaken the Woods. Since, you know, they're both in Standard with each-other.

Awaken the Woods is pretty funny. It feels like Green is getting some really silly land-related goodies in this set. "Oops all Dryad Arbor tokens", "Unearth a 2/7 Ramunap Excavator for {G}{G}", and "all my lands are basic lands" all fill me with joy.

This is pretty neat mana sink.

Last time I paid attention, Voidwalker was a thing in Modern — primarily in Rakdos Scam, which is a combo deck trying to get out a T1 Fury or Grief with Feign Death effects. Understandably, the evasive 3/2 for 2 is considered a lesser threat than the 4/3 that double Thoughtseized you on T1, or...

My only concern is that people would look at the text in the box and go "ah, you support Legendary Creature Tribal!" I mean, more power to the person who can support a Bard Class deck in Cube, but even I'm not that crazy.

Yeah, it definitely feels like more of a "constructed" card — have four other Soldiers on the battlefield and ready to attack is a bit of a tall order in Limited.

That Saheeli is amazing and I love it. I love planeswalkers where you're likely to use every part of the card, and I'm not seeing a single ability I'd ignore. EDIT: Also, they're apparently reprinting Diabolic Intent into Standard? The hell? I guess it'll drive down the price a little bit...

May I draw your attention to Rampage of the Clans (I get your point, though.)

Not actually all that great (outside of limited, where it's going to do a reasonable Wrath of God impression vs. all the artifact creatures that are going to be around)... but that art is adorable.

Overwhelming Remorse is cool to me because, in a lot of cubes, it signals that a graveyard-stocking deck is a thing without necessarily being useless if you fail to get that deck together (it's alright at {2}{B}, good at {1}{B}, and kinda crazy at {B}).
