I think Cast Out is stronger than Prayer of Binding for most cubes. However I think I'd like a lowered power one. I don't have any lifegain theme in my cube currently.

I missed this the first time around Prayer of Binding I might try it out. Seems interesting.

The Elder Dragon War The art for this card isn't a painting. It's a piece of wood carving. It's a physical piece of art. The bark is glued onto the wood and (fake) tree resin was applied to it afterwards.
