The issue is that there aren't many actual landfall creatures, and those cards tend not to go well with the rest of your creature suite

I Cube Pestermite, it's a decent and interesting card even if you're not up to anything nefarious with it

Yeah, blink can quickly become obnoxious. Actual Blink is fine, and one-shot blinks tied to other effects are good, but it's a bit too easy to win by just moving Blade Splicer back and forth between zones.

I don't know how often 15 life or 10 life + guaranteed 2/2 will be better than Feudkiller's Verdict, which is a fun card but not one I'm looking to Cube above a low power level; the 'other' mode is 3 2/2s, which is fine but low impact compared to the other things white can do at 5 mana...
