You might be thinking of Crusade, Glorious Anthem pumps all your creatures. The double white cost might be difficult in a 3 colour deck, though.

You could have the signet choice be a hierarchy rather than a roll-off. ie Signet Choice 1 is going to be a higher pick than Signet Choice 4, and you don't get the scenario of randomly missing out on the signet you wanted because of losing a roll, whereas if you pick a low signet choice card...
