It's fine, but almost never comes together (this speaking as somebody who runs both in 360). It's such an outrageous way to end the game that I don't think it's ever really unfun.

Not good. Sure, you get a "cost reduction" if you consider a 4/4 a 4-mana effect and Recoil a 3-mana effect, but neither of those are really lighting up cubes. Seems like a waste of a gold card in my opinion.

Disrupt is like a 1 CMC Dismiss! Or Cryptic Command! Sometimes. Or it does nothing and languishes in your hand. But you can cycle it on your own spell for 1U! Think of the value!

I don't actually mind the occasional anchor card like Intangible Virtue, as long as the narrow cards are not very high in number. If you can open up new playable decks with minimal, dense support then I think there is merit.
