I think that having one emblem in play for the entire game makes more sense than changing the emblem periodically. If it's a shared deck, the decks should theoretically be able to exploit the emblem to a similar degree.

I think you're always going to lose a lot of the fun by taking away the agency in drafting and deck building. You also lose the huge majority of the variation, which can lead to things getting stale much faster. With this loss comes an increase in quantity of cards required to achieve any amount...
If you simply like dinosaurs, you don't even have to make it an archetype. Throw in the dinosaurs that you like and enjoy them.
It's also reasonable to do Grw ramp with dinosaurs as the main payoffs as a non-kindred way of doing things.

If you assume it has a similar eye to body ratio of a blue whale and that the perspective makes the eye approximately the size of the back of that ship, it's ~1150 meters long.
I don't see how a borph is more demanding of a format than a morph. It still warps the format around 2/2s. They're both awkward as hell to deal with from a design perspective.
