You mean stuff like
Wall of omens
nyx-fleece ram
wrath of god
day of judgment
sunblast angel
sun titan
I don't playing a miserable card to strengthen white-based control is not where I would want to be. I'ld rather give up on white-based control than reintroduce Gideon to my cube, that card...
Are we naming the pw's? Okay then, the 7 I run are
liliana of the veil
ashiok, nightmare weaver
nicol bolas, planeswalker
ral zarek
daretti, scrap savant
ajani vengeant
garruk wildspeaker
I'm down to 7/450, four of which are multicolor. If there's a superfriends list in my (three-color focused) cube it's in Grixis, which can play five of those seven.
If you don't want players to end up with two planeswalkers in play every game you're better off limiting the amount of planeswalkers in your cube imho. In fact, I'm not even sure it's a problem if it doesn't happen too often. I have faced two opposing planeswalkers on multiple occasions, and it...
Yeah, I agree with Goldenpineapple (though Sorin has two {w/b} versions and Sarkhan is all over the place ({r}, {b/r}, {r/g} and {r}{g}{u}!)). Especially the feel-bad aspect of having two Jaces for example. In fact, I've gone out of my way to prevent overlap in my planeswalker's types.
I think all of the Blighted cycle is playable, even the white one. In a dedicated deck it's easy to gain 8 or more off of a land, that's pretty insane!
All of the common three-color morphs are also pretty decent, if you support those color combinations.
abomination of gudul
Abzan guide
Efreet weaponmaster
Ponyback brigade
Snowhorn rider
Ok, the rider is pretty iffy.
So I thought, and I declined run it myself in the past, but others assured me this is actually a fun card. Supposedly hexproof is far less infuriating on nonsmall, nonevasive creatures. It's more akin to Simic Sky Swallower apparently.
Most of the interesting morph support is going on in {g/u}, but there are a few nice morphs in other colors too.
exalted angel
hidden dragonslayer
whipcorder
fathom seer
riptide survivor
shorecrasher elemental
stratus dancer
vesuvan shapeshifter
voidmage prodigy
willbender
bane of the living...
How is two single loots worse than a single double loot? A genuine question, because I can't think of a single scenario where it makes a difference. Two single loots probably take slightly longer to play as well. Why not make it draw one, discard up to one. You still get the potential discard...
I'ld suggest draw two cards then discard two cards, the difference between that and the text you used is negligible, and it reads a whole lot better and uses less text on an already crowded card. I would personally also cut one option to avoid the wall of text syndrome, likely the shadow rift...
Withdraw is super awesome. Definitely the real deal. Only reason I don't run it at the moment is because it's double blue. I once got a soft lock with Withdraw, a Tamiyo emblem and a Venser, Shaper Savant :)
